Hi all. Is there a bank in Pattaya that issues cards to tourists without a work permit or other documents?

I have dealt with this issue. The most loyal bank is Bangkok Bank. But be prepared that if you are stamped in your passport, you have to prepare a certificate of residence (in the immigration office) and you will definitely impose in the bank accident insurance for 5900 baht. Helpers do the same, but without insurance and for 7,000 baht.
