Personally, I didn't see any Sim cards there, they didn't even volunteer a taxi there, they ordered a flight through the airport taxi service on Sunday evening. Could you tell me the average Internet speed in Pattaya ? I flew from Phuket with a dtac SIM card, everything was fine with her there, but here the speed is very low - 4-5 MB / s In Phuket was 20.
