I flew out a few days ago and there was a Russian-speaking employee next to the check-in desks who gave me advice and guidance. If no one here can tell you what to do, you can go to him or to the representative office when you arrive at the airport, or... there were counters right next to the check-in counters on the left - I personally needed to rebook to another flight and they were very quick to help, maybe they can also help with the luggage.
