If you are just going on vacation for two or three weeks, the passport must be valid. The Thai consulate website has no restrictions on the validity of the passport, unless you need a visa. There may be airline internal rules. We flew in with Azur on November 25. Passport is until April 25, 23. Everywhere else is even.
