Is it difficult to get a card from any bank in Pattaya? Preferably without insurance and without an annual housing contract.

Bangkok-bank, If not the first visit to Thailand, then only a resident certificate and passport are needed, If the first stamp is in Thailand, then an affidavit + a resident certificate of 1200 baht (of which 501 will be returned to the account) - an unnamed card of 400 baht on top - a second card, a nominal 599 baht per year service non-nominal 300 baht per year registered service.
