in Pattaya, where is it better to live in a house or condo? I assume that there will be power outages in the house and all kinds of animals. Please share your experience, we plan to live here for a year, or maybe 2.

Kind, the great advantage of the condo is that they already have a gym, a restaurant, a swimming pool, parking, billiards and a sauna (all inclusive). In addition, they are usually located in convenient places (near shops, beaches, etc.) And it's more interesting to live in a condo, most likely you will find friends who also speak Russian In general, there are much fewer problems in a condo than in a house + more interesting. Also, if something breaks in the condo, you just call the masters and they do everything for you without any problems.
