Did anyone make out a power of attorney to sell a car in Moscow while in Thailand?

The question is in the documents. What to do if, in order to issue a power of attorney, you need the original of the passport to whom you trust and the original documents for the car. And all this, respectively, in Moscow. If you were selling something, how was it with the documents in your case?
