Hi, I'm flying through India to Thailand, do they do a visa to India on the spot or do I need it in advance?

I flew recently. you need to do an online visa, PCR and fill out an online form to fly into the country. Without this, they won't put you on a plane in Moscow. If it's a single ticket, you don't have to.

They don't seem to do it on the spot. Ask the airline if you have one airline and you don't need to get luggage, maybe you will transit. I had different airlines, get luggage so I did a tourist visa.

I read that it is mandatory to do a transit visa in advance.
