Hello. I'm not an expert, but.. I live in Grand Residents. 3 stars. Cleaning and linen change once a week. A pointlessly large number. Noise under the window. Emigration, beach, market nearby. The store is on the 1st floor. 1600 per week plus electricity at least 100 baht. The price may vary depending on the season, but so far so. My friend rents for 5000 a month, but it's worse there.
