Do they return the deposit in Pattaya? I heard that Thais never return the deposit. They start to deny. And make things up.

Deposits are usually refunded if you have not lost, broken or damaged anything in the room. With cockroaches: If you do not like the air conditioners, then leaving the room, leave it turned on at 16 degrees (I sleep at that temperature). Cockroaches are afraid of the cold. There should be grates on all the drains. Effective products are sold at 7/11 or other markets. The cans are big with a tube that extends the jet. I don't remember the name exactly, Raid, I think. You can also kill them by scalding them with boiling water from a kettle. Good luck! And yes, they fly.
