What is the most profitable way to exchange dollars for baht? To withdraw money from a (foreign) card, at an exchange office or in a bank?

From a foreign card with dollars on it. The exchange rate for visa and mastercard is close to the exchange rate (m. b. 1% difference). Just make sure that the bank does not charge an additional commission for the withdrawal. And do not forget about the commission of 220 baht for withdrawal - Thai banks take it. Accordingly, less than 20 thousand. it will be unprofitable to remove the baht.
