The limit set by the issuing bank, in this case Gazprombank. As much as it allows on your card service plan, you will be able to withdraw as much. There is no limit on the part of Thai ATMs, except for the restriction of the bill acceptor of a particular ATM. Someone has only 30 or 25 banknotes in it, someone has 100.

In my opinion, there are no more than 30,000 baht from any card.
