[Pattaya] Hi all. Can you tell me if I need to rent an apartment in Pattaya for 1-3 months, but most rent for at least a year, can I sign for a year, but move out earlier? If yes, will I have to pay for the remaining 9 months, will my deposit get burned off? - Thailand

First look at the options on airbnb and booking. It's just that here, in addition to annual contracts, most agents also take double deposits. Maybe it will be more profitable there than losing a deposit. If for 1 month, then for sure.

You can drop from 1 month, just walk with your legs. If you move out earlier, the deposit will burn.
