Who has done a study visa to Pattaya in the near future? What are the deadlines now?

We were told to wait until February and make a visa until that time, like because of the large number of people, and most importantly the small number of working days in December (19) due to holidays, they do not have time. But this is one separate school, like in others - I don't know.
