In the contract, such an opportunity should be prescribed. By the way, a double deposit, because one is taken by a realtor. Thais have a 100% commission. The second part of the deposit is the insurance premium. But if the deadline is over, then both deposits are returned, i.e. the commission is actually paid by the owner.
