Is there any draft beer in Pattaya?

At the Jomtien Night Market they pour local, like Chang, right at the entrance, but only in the evening. On Pratamnak 5, Bentley's Bar and Restaurant has Guinness. There's also Seeland Brewery at the beginning of Russian Street at the far end from the sea.
