Hi, how do I check in to get a 45 day visa in Pattaya? We have a tour, but wanti for a month and then how to buy a ticket west? Vladivostok.

everyone on arrival (citizens of the Russian Federation) is stamped for 45 days. It does not matter whether you have a tour or yourself . And if you want to stay longer and then fly yourself, you need to write a statement to the tour operator ( when you are already in Tae ) that you refuse to fly back with them . Or ask your tour operator from whom you took a ticket about the refusal to return by tour.
