how are things with the export of equipment from Thailand - laptops/ phones in particular?

You can't send phones and appliances from the post office. We sent, (we didn't show it at the post office) we got everything back from customs.

Bring without sales packaging in different bags (like for personal use) In sales packaging with receipts and other things - all over the world customs doubt! I even bring my clothes from Italy with the labels cut off.
