How to get from Pattaya to Phuket by bus? I arrived at the bus terminal, they said at the ticket office that they only sell tickets to Bangkok.

To which terminal, on the North? Previously, they went from there to the Pct. You can get from the PTT bus station to the South in Bangkok, where you transfer to the bus to Phuket. There is a 12go website. There are schedules, and you can buy tickets.

The bus departs from the Phuket ticket office on Third Street, 150-200 meters from the intersection of North Pattaya and Third Street.
