Maybe you were told to come later and not check out. In Pattaya, they usually send covid stamps for the last days. go again after the holidays.

You can last for another week if you have a passport of the Russian Federation, or a covid stamp for a month if you have recently arrived, well, and then do a visa normally, yes.
