Jomtien is long, where are you, exactly? Get out on the road along the beach which, get on the blue songteo and go as if to the center of Pattaya. We got off in the Arabian Quarter and walked to Bali Hai Pier. There are only Russians around and everyone goes there, ask, they'll show you.
