What is a good school in Pattaya? The child is 12 years old. Where is the best place to go? And is there a polyclinic to put the child on the register?

Schools are different. If you are about Russian-speaking, then you only need a Diplomat. Thai private or international, it depends on the budget (training in English, of course). They don't register in hospitals. Make insurance and communicate on occasion to the hospital to which your insurance company will send you.
