if you fly to Tai with a transfer in India, Do you need a visa? I fly with IndiGO airline with a transfer to Delhi or Mumbai 5.5 hours. It's not clear whether a visa is needed for such a transfer or not?!

If you don't leave the transit zone: not necessary. Had a connection in India for 2 hours, nothing was needed.
