Do they open bank accounts for Russians without any problems? What documents do they need?

Certificate of registration TM-30, issued by the agent / owner or can be requested from the hotel; a resident certificate (issued by an imigram, costs like 300 baht, a tm-30 certificate is needed, copies of passports and photos are sometimes required, an apartment contract is required), then they can ask for an affidavit (they get it at the embassy on pratamnak, in groups they write that it costs 800 baht) and a letter of recommendation from the bank (it is easier to get from Tinkoff, vtb does not). Someone is being sold insurance, someone says that he received it without an affidavit.
