If you have a plane ticket, you can go to Suvarnabhumi and from there take the free shuttle to Dong Muang on presentation of this ticket. The free shuttle to dong muang goes once every half hour as I remember and leaves from the 3rd or 4th floor. Gate 3 or 4.
