Can you tell me how to rent a condo in Pattaya not expensive? And also, if I was in Pattaya last month, bought a SIM card there for a few days, is there any point in returning to refill this SIM or need to buy a new one?

If you haven't refilled it for more than six months, it's no longer active.

Last month if you bought a sim, it will work) at 7/11 top up and it will automatically renew. Condos with a contract for a year are still a lot of options, relatively inexpensive.
