Options 1) Collect documents - from the immigration office, med. a certificate, copies of documents and go to the traffic police, sign up for training. 2) Contact the helpers, they will collect the documents, go with them to the traffic police, and then also undergo training for two days. The queue for obtaining rights is about two weeks after training. I did it through helpers, and Russians, it turned out to be expensive, through Thai cheaper.
