Please advise places where 8 people can gather in the center in the middle of the day? So that it is delicious, beautiful and most importantly not loud, so that you can talk.

Sizler if you want meat, fuji/zen Japanese (in fuji hot sake is delicious). And in general there are all kinds of cafes in every mall and it was never noisy, well, except for pubs and pizzerias).

Excellent cafe Kin Kab Kia. Near the Outlet Mall. Delicious, clean, not expensive. The hostess cooks smartly . Address on Google maps.
