[Phuket] I'm looking at rental ads and almost everywhere they want a one-year contract, which costs many times less to rent. Accordingly, has anyone had the experience of signing an annual contract and then breaking it early? - Thailand

For an annual contract, you must immediately pay for 3 months. 1 month - 1 month + a deposit equal to 2 months of rent. If you leave earlier, it will burn for 2 months. If you don't move out, they return it when you leave. Everything is thought out. It is expensive on the island and it will only get more expensive every day.

They just don't return the deposit, that's all.
