It doesn't matter how long before departure. You will specify the dates of the holiday, for this period and your insurance will be valid. I took it on Cherehape.

Insurance. If you're already in Thailand, you should check the I'm already travelling" box on the Cherehapa / Compare / polis812 website. Please also note that in Thailand a time deductible applies
