When I was border-wounded in Malaysia, I was asked to return from Malaysia on departure from Tai. And on the flight back to Tai — the return from Tai. Both times they asked the airline, because if they wouldn't let me in, they would take me back. The border guards themselves are not there. Neither was asked there. The conclusion is not to take risks, because even if the border guards don't ask, the airline won't put you on the plane. Py sy. If you arrive for the first time, and you don't border-wound, they don't ask in 90% of cases along the way. Since they won't ask in Russia, and at the border here too.
