Who can tell you how to do it? We flew into the country on vouchers -we stayed here ! There was an Azur charter How do we fly with an Aeroflot charter ? Aeroflot says to contact the consulate, is there really no departure options.

Aeroflot is a regular, not a charter, take a ticket and fly.
