According to the laws of Thailand, smoking hookah or vaping or other electronic nicotine consumption systems other than cigarettes, such as Iqos, is prohibited and punishable by a fine of up to 100,000 baht and/or imprisonment for up to a year. Accordingly, the sale of all this in Thailand is officially prohibited, as is the transportation of all this to the territory of Thailand. When checking baggage at the airport, all this will be seized by customs officers, if it is found.
