Yes, everywhere. In any Family Mart, 7/11, a bunch of other stores, there are even a kind of cell phone shops. There's no problem with that. There are operator booths at the airport, you can buy a tourist SIM right there. If you do not know what SIM card to take - take Dtac (blue" operator).
