You can find a studio in a condo (most likely without air conditioning and kitchen) from 5000฿ per month. It is not a fact that such living conditions will be liked, but suddenly... Prices for normal condos start from 10-12 thousand ฿ per month, but if you are lucky - you can and cheaper. A separate house, for one or two bedrooms, without a pool, can be found from 10 to 15 thousand ฿ per month, when renting for a long time (from six months). For houses with a swimming pool, the price tag starts from 20 thousand ฿. Short-term rent (up to six months) increases the price of the month by 1.5-3 times, depending on the rental period. All this is naturally approximate, but it gives an opportunity to estimate.
