I am a citizen of Kazakhstan, in September I flew from Istanbul to St. Petersburg. PCR was needed because she did not enter the Russian Federation from Kazakhstan.

Today I flew to Vladivostok from Phuket by Aeroflot. PCR is not necessary, they only ask you to fill out the questionnaire.
