Call Rosselhoz. They will tell you that the money has not been withdrawn, but is stuck due to improper operation of the ATM. They will unlock it in a couple of weeks. If not, then write a complaint to Rosselhoz no later than 50 days. In the local bank, they said it makes no sense to apply. Do not approach the ATMs of the green bank with red cars.
