How are the grocery stores on bang tao? Is there anywhere to buy meat, cereals, vegetables, fruits? Night markets or just large food markets?

There is a good Lotus Store on Bangtao (next to McDonald's), On the way from the beach to it a Nightmarket (indicated in Google maps works from 14 Mon, Wednesday Thursday), well, no one canceled 7/11, and family marts.

We only found decent oatmeal at central food. Fruit is the cheapest in cheap , fish, meat shrimp and fruit bought in Macro. There's also vegetable milk.
