Hello. At the consulate Kuala Lumpur online entry opens at 00: 00 in 14 days, literally 3 minutes and no time: 9: 30,10: 30,11: 30. For a family, take one time Ivanov+3, for example. To get the time is almost always there, it must be taken the next day: 14: 30 or 15: 30. There is no other option to sign up. If you will be filing for yourself, make it better for the child as well.

Slots appear at midnight in Malaysia, for 14 days. Only if your phone/computer is still the previous day, you will not see the slots. You have to reset your clock / change your timezone.
