Does anyone fly from Phuket to Singapore? Do I need a visa or not? One write that you do not need it until 92 hours, others write that if in transit you do not need it, and others that you need it in any case ... where is the truth.

The truth on the websites of Singapore Airlines and the Russian Embassy in Singapore. When flying to a third country is not required, but up to 96 hours, not 92.

We will fly without a visa, in transit. We will be in Singapore for a day (we will fly from Phuket), then to Malaysia for a day. The main thing is that the transit would be to another country and no more than 92 hours in Singapore.
