Today I paid for the purchase with Gazprombank's Union Pay card, bought a dyson hair dryer for 21,000 baht (44k in rubles), and 48500 were withdrawn. The hotel also applied the card paid for 43,000 ( this is if you immediately count in rubles ) and they took 48.
