Documents required for the Department of Transportation: A copy of the first page of your passport, A copy of the passport page with a valid visa/stamp. One of: Copy of Work Permit with extensions and registered address. Resident Certificate (obtained from Immigration Office), Copy of Yellow Book (for real estate owners), Medical Certificate from clinic, hospital. Please note that if you are applying for two driving categories A and B, you need to make two sets of documents, because you will actually get two I.D. cards.
