Either change the region of the current akka (but if there are active subscriptions, then it will not work) or exit the current akka, create a new one - Thai for example, go to the appstore, download the line, exit the new appleid and go under the old one.

Region must be set/changed to Thailand. Attention!!! if you change the region, your subscription may disappear. The right way to contact Apple technical support is through the application, they will 100% help you understand the situation.
