In the local hospital it is possible. I'm not sure about free, but in a hospital on Paton, a dose costs 200 baht. I don't think that could be a problem. When I was shooting here, I was told that in the center exactly on Tuesdays from 8 to 11. But maybe on other days. But I can only vouch for Tuesdays.
