It doesn't matter. Look for unlimited tariffs from 10 Mbit / s (for 200-300b) or buy a sim empty for 49 baht, (not a tour tariff), throw money and connect a promo through ussd. For example, trumov *900*1005# 20mbit 200baht *900*1103# 30mbit 300baht.
