We have Turkish MasterCard - both paid and withdrew money in Tae.

DenizBank mastercard pays in 99.9% of cases. I took the money once, I gave out 8,500 baht, I wrote off the money the second time, but I didn't give it out, I've been waiting for a refund for a week.

Turkish MasterCard is ok to pay, but not to withdraw it.
