Has anyone flown to Tai from Russia via Taraz (Kazakhstan) by charter?

There was refueling of the plane in Taraz. They let us go to the airport, to the waiting room. There you could buy drinks and food with rubles. We waited for 1.5 hours and then got on the plane, the same seats. The flight was ok, the only thing was very hot on the plane and the air was very dry. drier than usual.
