The word ''to move'' is unclear. On Phi itself, tourists walk mainly on foot, the streets are narrow. Locals on bikes. There is a high mountain with a road of steps, but there the child is hardly understood. The rest of the island is flat. Or did you ask about moving by sea from Phuket? From the Rassad Pier there are speedboats and ferries. Speedbots on the waves throws, maybe not comfortable. The ferry is smoother, but it can also rock.
