Dear, what to do? I received ThaiPass, I downloaded Morchana, I scan the QR code, and they write me an error, invalid Thaipass information. Do I need to run somewhere and do something about it? Has anyone had that?

We recently arrived, we downloaded it on the second day in tai just to download the test of the 5th day (at that time it was still needed). We definitely didn't load the taipass into it.
