In Phuket they cannot be sold exactly at the market price. Here is a village, with a couple of Chinese on a jeweler/pawn shop. In Bangkok there may be, but a decent mess can be with this, if there are straight stones good. Depending on what certificates they have. I would still try to sell them in the Russian Federation, in the Moscow region. There on Smolnaya 12, Almazny Mir, a former Soviet cutting enterprise, there were a bunch of offices for evaluation, purchase, more or less at a sane price. I don't know how it is now, it was a long time ago. But I don't think it's going anywhere.
